In September 2019, the team, along with several performers and instruments, packed into a passenger van and drove all the way to Mount Desert Island, Maine, for a residency at BarnArts. They spent their week workshopping the show in a beautiful Barn-turned-performance space, testing new orchestrations and hearing the script performed by actors. The week concluded with a public showing of work at the Barn, sharing music and stories with Maine locals.      Barn Arts brings people together to make creativity a vital part of life on Mount Desert Island, Maine, and beyond. Barn Arts fosters the development of new artistic projects through free residencies; connects with underserved audiences of all ages through performances and arts education; and produces events and programs that lead to community engagement, enrichment and collaboration.
